Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the website and the business, and only for the purposes above:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives our form submissions.
- Google, which provides Google Analytics.
- Our email and business software providers, which store our correspondence and records.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or lawyers, where needed.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Transfers outside Thailand
Some of our providers, including Netlify and Google, store data on servers outside Thailand, for example in the United States. When data leaves Thailand, we rely on the safeguards the PDPA allows, such as the provider's contractual commitments to protect it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people visit and how they find us. It sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID>, which by default last up to two years. Google says Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works without them.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and form submissions: up to two years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client records: for as long as we work together, then as long as Thai tax and accounting law requires.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- access your personal data and get a copy of it
- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- ask us to delete it, or to restrict how we use it
- object to us using it, including for marketing
- receive it in a commonly used format, or have it sent to someone else
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent
- complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee
To use any of these rights, email contact@winconmarketing.com. We'll reply within 30 days. Every newsletter email also has an unsubscribe link.
How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to form submissions and client records is limited to the people who need it, and our accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-step sign-in.

We may update this notice when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
